Responsibilities

• Define and drive a mobile product strategy grounded in customer research, business outcomes, and platform opportunity, making tradeoffs confidently and communicating priorities clearly.
• Utilize AI tools, qualitative research, usage analytics, and A/B experiments to make informed product decisions and align engineering, design, and executive audiences.
• Focus on the mobile customer journey to reduce friction, increase feature adoption, and build habits that drive retention, collaborating with marketing, customer success, and analytics.
• Partner deeply with engineering and design to translate strategy into excellent product experiences by writing clear requirements, providing useful feedback, and ensuring quality delivery.
• Act as a voice for mobile customers by actively listening to calls, reading support feedback, and integrating small business owners' perspectives into product decisions.
