Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and configure HR systems, including Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive system enhancements and process automation.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Manage Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
