Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams to own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing platform features, ensuring predictable, high-velocity execution across console, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Partner with Product and GTM to translate roadmap goals into clear technical scopes, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering managers and senior ICs, fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and craft in a remote-first environment.
• Drive cross-functional launch excellence, managing the full feature lifecycle from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Continuously improve engineering system and flow through measurable delivery and reliability metrics like cycle time, throughput, and defect rates.
