Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to company growth by exploring and integrating new business partners and functionality into Airbnb's product.
• Lead projects end-to-end, from direct partner engagement to launch, ensuring thoughtful product experiences for Guests and Hosts.
• Design, write, and test new APIs and integrations with partners while developing scalable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Program, Design, and external partners.
• Debug external integrations, participate in on-call rotation, and provide input on team roadmap and technical direction.
