Responsibilities

Become a product expert and fully proficient in Sigma.
Lead and mentor a team of Support Engineers to deliver excellent customer experience.
Hire, develop, and train a strong team of Support Engineers.

Manage and develop strategies for key metrics: CSAT, Initial Response (IR), SLA, Time to Resolution (TTR).
