  • Define the long-term data science vision and strategy across ads measurement, signal quality, identity, attribution, and privacy.
  • Create rigorous frameworks for validating lift, attribution, identity quality, modeled conversions, and privacy-aware measurement.
  • Lead the evolution of Reddit's experimentation and lift methodologies across Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, and Split Testing.
  • Partner with modeling and ranking teams to translate measurement improvements into performance gains and advertiser outcomes.
  • Mentor Staff and Senior data scientists, sponsoring high-impact technical work and raising the bar for causal inference.
