• Champion AI-native development practices and tools to achieve significant productivity gains and foster a culture of rapid iteration and high velocity.
• Take ownership over the team's architecture, actively participating in design reviews, driving the long-term technical vision, and contributing to individual coding.
• Be instrumental in the transition from a monolith into Service Oriented Architecture, and actively seek opportunities to improve the platform and developer experience.
• Lead the team in designing and implementing robust workflow automation solutions, leveraging AI and modern tooling to increase efficiency and scalability of internal systems.
