Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate emerging NLP, machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI techniques to build practical product capabilities.
• Design and deploy traditional NLP, statistical ML, and transformer-based LLM solutions (RAG, fine-tuning, vector search, prompting).
• Develop data pipelines, NLP preprocessing workflows, embeddings, and feature representations across structured and unstructured data.
• Design rigorous evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, statistical tests, and error analysis to optimize model performance and quality.
• Take AI solutions from prototype to production deployment and partner with engineering to ensure reliability, scalability, and monitoring.
