Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements from pre-sales through implementation and transition to steady-state operations for large-scale data center to Azure/AWS migrations.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with cross-functional delivery teams, overseeing migration of applications, infrastructure, and platforms.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, applying structured mitigation strategies and providing executive-level communications.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and delivery timelines, tracking financial performance and ensuring profitability and margin objectives are met.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to project managers and team members, acting as a trusted advisor in project delivery and governance.
