Responsibilities

Sit with customer operations during pre-sale and early pilots, mapping their permitting workflows.
Prototype against customer's real data and integrations (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, Procore) to earn deals.
Turn customer-specific rules and insights into reusable product features and integrations.
Build production feedback loops for confidence scores, human overrides, and downstream metrics.
Champion the customer perspective internally and work cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap.
