Responsibilities
- Sit with customer operations during pre-sale and early pilots, mapping their permitting workflows.
- Prototype against customer's real data and integrations (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, Procore) to earn deals.
- Turn customer-specific rules and insights into reusable product features and integrations.
- Build production feedback loops for confidence scores, human overrides, and downstream metrics.
- Champion the customer perspective internally and work cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap.
