- Serve as a foundational technical presence across the engineering organization, raising the bar on code quality, testing, and modern engineering best practices.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, the VP of Engineering, and product teams to translate business priorities into robust technical execution.
- Introduce structure and architectural maturity into a dynamic, rapidly growing startup environment without sacrificing velocity.
