• Own and drive complex technical projects end-to-end, from high-level systems architecture through execution and production-grade deployment.
• Design and optimize highly reliable, secure, and performant full-stack systems capable of handling massive financial data pipelines and AI-driven workflows.
• Serve as a foundational technical presence across the engineering organization, raising the bar on code quality, testing, and modern engineering best practices.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, the VP of Engineering, and product teams to translate business priorities into robust technical execution.
• Introduce structure and architectural maturity into a dynamic, rapidly growing startup environment without sacrificing velocity.
