Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of talented machine learning engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth, and dive into technical challenges alongside your team.
• Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in an agentic framework, focusing on optimizing model performance and scalability.
• Oversee the integration and management of AI tools and third-party solutions, including OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Meta AI, and Salesforce AI.
• Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to build robust, scalable real-time APIs and seamlessly integrate AI solutions into products.
• Foster innovation within the team, exploring new approaches and techniques to solve complex business problems.
