Responsibilities

• Own the evaluation strategy for Dashboards and sister teams, defining key metrics for optimization.
• Build eval datasets, golden traces, and regression harnesses to catch quality changes before they reach customers.
• Drive measurable improvements in retrieval relevance, tool-selection accuracy, and context efficiency, in partnership with engineers.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, working groups, and mentorship across the Dashboards team and broader organization.
