- Be proficient across ArcGIS, demonstrating the technology innovatively, understanding stakeholder requirements, and incorporating trends into outputs.
- Utilize front-end and back-end programming skills (HTML, CSS, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Python) to enhance ArcGIS solutions, focusing on ArcGIS Hub and ArcGIS Online.
- Proactively craft and propose solutions, individually and as part of a team, demonstrating the value of geospatial technology to users and communities.
- Design presentations and supporting materials for technical and non-technical audiences, creating configuration guidance, best practices, and presenting to large audiences.
