Responsibilities

• Lead the technical, operational, and deployment phases of various manufacturing automation initiatives within the organization.
• Work with factory teams to create requirements, develop concepts, and draft RFQ/RFP documents for automated equipment suppliers.
• Manage vendor relationships to oversee machine construction, approval of process designs, and alignment with Dandy specifications.
• Design and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and equipment commissioning at factories.
• Supervise and report key manufacturing metrics, including OEE, Yield, CpK, and FMEA, translating outputs into improvement programs.
