Responsibilities

• Evolve rule-based guest segmentation into a full ML recommendation system for insurance products.
• Build models that rank and select benefit messaging for each guest, incorporating learnings from experiments and LLM-assisted content prototyping.
• Develop and productionize ML models (gradient-boosted trees, deep learning) to predict guest likelihood to value specific coverages.
• Design and run adaptive experiments to maximize learning within tight traffic constraints.
• Hands-on develop, evaluate, and ship ML models and data pipelines at scale, prototyping and iterating quickly.
