Responsibilities

• Design, code, prototype, and validate core platform capabilities for the next-generation Decision Management Platform, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Evaluate systems, frameworks, and tools across quality, cost, latency, scalability, reliability, and maintainability, applying sound engineering judgment to distributed systems design and architecture.
• Lead architectural design for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, driving organization-wide advancements in software engineering craftsmanship and best practices.
• Own and improve end-to-end customer experience across a portfolio of services and applications, optimizing architecture strategies for cost, performance, and business value.
• Mentor engineers at all levels, conduct technical interviews, and provide recommendations for promotions, championing AI-assisted engineering as a default working practice.
