Responsibilities
- Build and configure within enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Slack) - fields, flows, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
- Write and test automations, scripts, or Apex/declarative logic to streamline manual processes.
- Support integration work between systems (e.g., NetSuite–Workday, Salesforce data flows) by helping document, test, and validate data and APIs.
- Help maintain operational documentation, including runbooks, technical specifications, RACI matrices, and on-call response materials.
- Assist with system monitoring and uptime health reporting across our SaaS portfolio.
