Compliance Product Manager, Safety

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Safety compliance product roadmap for new legal obligations, focusing on user safety features, content moderation tooling, and regulatory reporting mechanisms.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into concise, clear, and executable functional requirements for product teams.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams across Safety, Legal, and Public Policy.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and data analysts to build and implement safety features and tooling that meet compliance requirements and enhance user trust.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between regulatory requirements and existing product strategies related to online safety, supporting necessary adjustments.
