Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Provide production support for integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting failures, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, IT systems).
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and our own instance of Snowflake to enable scalable people data pipelines, reporting, and advanced analytics.
