- Optimize internal recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create developer tools for optimization.
- Create automated guardrails for customer data security and privacy.
- Enable fast feature shipping through canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags while reducing downtime.
- Define and implement SLOs and SLIs with business and engineering teams.
- Implement infrastructure for an event-driven architecture and data warehouse.
