Responsibilities
- Own the agentic development environment to ensure agents can operate independently in cloud-based environments and execute full test suites.
- Build MCP server integrations to connect AI agents to essential systems like CircleCI, Slack, Datadog, and GitHub for building and debugging software.
- Manage and enhance repo-wide agent documentation and context, including the agents.md file, to improve agents' understanding of software development conventions and package structures.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve agent struggles by improving documentation, tooling access, and developing tools for non-engineers to make visual updates.
- Act as a "PM" for internal AI agents, staying current with state-of-the-art AI productivity trends and driving their implementation across Hightouch.
