Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization, stabilization, and scaling of a rapidly growing internal business platform preparing for commercial SaaS deployment.
- Oversee a cross-functional engineering team, driving engineering best practices, improving platform reliability, and evolving the CRM/order management system.
- Audit and stabilize the existing React, Node.js, and MySQL codebase, identifying technical debt and architectural bottlenecks.
- Lead AWS infrastructure and architecture decisions, improving CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and incident response processes.
- Provide technical guidance for AI and automation initiatives, overseeing integrations involving Python, LLM APIs, and automation workflows.
