Responsibilities
- Act as the analytical engine supporting Rula’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product and operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Operations, Finance, and Billing to investigate account questions and turn messy data into insights.
- Analyze EHR platform metrics and trends, and execute experiment designs to support platform improvements.
- Dig into billing workflows to identify root causes of breakdowns and help teams improve accuracy.
- Translate operational and financial data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth.
