Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to map workflows, define success criteria, and deliver production-grade software directly on their infrastructure.
• Build across the full stack using Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, owning the full lifecycle from scoping to deployment and operations.
• Develop reusable tooling, SDKs, templates, adapters, and CLI tools to accelerate future customer deliveries and establish golden paths for development practices.
• Partner with GTM and Sales teams to unblock integrations, activate accounts, and expand usage by delivering tangible technical outcomes.
• Channel field learnings into the core Harmony platform to inform productization decisions and enable both customer and internal teams through documentation and training.
