Responsibilities

• Design and build the Customer Data Platform (CDP) from scratch, covering data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, and activation.
• Establish a multi-tenant architecture with robust data isolation per client and state.
• Build an AI enrichment layer for segmentation, predictive models (CLV, churn, propensity, next-best-product), and LLM-based preference enrichment.
• Ensure privacy-by-design and compliance with regulations in a highly regulated vertical.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and clients to align on platform development and capabilities.
