Responsibilities
- Lead technical and operational due diligence on third-party NeoCloud, colocation, and BTS data center opportunities.
- Evaluate facilities against OpenAI standards for power, cooling, network, rack density, and operational reliability.
- Identify site deficiencies and collaborate with external developers and operators on remediation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional diligence efforts with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams.
- Build repeatable evaluation frameworks and deliver structured findings to support infrastructure deployment decisions.
