Responsibilities
- Develop Java microservices/libraries and integrate with AI platforms for OneTrust's AI Governance product, including design, development, and unit testing of applications deployed to MS Azure.
- Collaborate closely with UX, Product Managers, and other developers in planning and grooming sessions, driving discussions on system architecture and component design.
- Support the team in ensuring committed sprint stories are completed and contribute to reducing defects by catching and fixing issues early in development.
- Conduct peer reviews to improve code quality and mentor junior developers on development, testing, and test automation.
- Help build high-performing teams by mentoring on new technical skills.
