Responsibilities

Develop Java microservices/libraries and integrate with AI platforms for OneTrust's AI Governance product, including design, development, and unit testing of applications deployed to MS Azure.
Collaborate closely with UX, Product Managers, and other developers in planning and grooming sessions, driving discussions on system architecture and component design.
Support the team in ensuring committed sprint stories are completed and contribute to reducing defects by catching and fixing issues early in development.
Conduct peer reviews to improve code quality and mentor junior developers on development, testing, and test automation.
Help build high-performing teams by mentoring on new technical skills.
