Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic data SME partner for Client Success and Marketplace Teams, driving data-driven insights and decisions.
• Create comprehensive internal and external analyses, business cases, dashboards, and experiment frameworks to demonstrate Affirm's value proposition.
• Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and data methodologies across structured and unstructured data sources to scale analytics solutions.
• Standardize common use cases and provide analytics infrastructure to automate reporting capabilities for top merchants and internal stakeholders.
• Provide project guidance and act as the primary analytics point of contact for cross-functional initiatives.
