Responsibilities
- Build, test, and ship full-stack features across GovWell’s platform, from resident-facing interfaces to scalable backend services.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to translate customer needs into usable, high-impact product functionality.
- Take ownership of product areas end-to-end, ensuring features are reliable, maintainable, and performant.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and best practices to strengthen the team’s engineering culture.
- Use customer feedback and product data to iterate quickly, improving resident experiences and government efficiency.
