Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of accountability for customer and business outcomes, developing engineering solutions that solve complex problems with valuable outcomes.
• Serve as the technical advocate for products, ensuring code integrity and alignment with business and customer goals, and leading requirement analysis and component design.
• Maintain accountability for the integrity of code design, implementation, quality, data, and ongoing maintenance and operations, staying hands-on with AI/ML/GenAI.
• Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid experimentation to solve customer needs, engaging with customers and product teams throughout the delivery process.
• Work collaboratively with empowered, cross-functional teams including product management, experience, and delivery to integrate diverse perspectives and make well-informed decisions.
