Responsibilities

Develop and refine operational systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Create and test prototype AI and automated solutions to streamline operations and enhance product development.
Conduct audits of R&D processes to identify friction, map system dependencies, and implement scalable process improvements.
Assess tooling gaps, engage with vendors, and collaborate with Legal and Security teams for appropriate solution selection.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among various teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and seamless project execution.
