Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end features, contributing to agentic LLM workflows such as retrieval pipelines and structured tool use
• Fix user-facing bugs, issues, and make quality-of-life improvements across backend and frontend systems
• Work with evaluation frameworks to measure the accuracy, robustness, and clinical reliability of systems
• Prototype with new models, prompting techniques, and open-source orchestration tools like LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, machine learning, and infrastructure to ship features
