Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain trusted relationships with researchers, engineers, and community figures in open AI development.
• Represent Reflection externally, create demos and tutorials, and contribute to the open source ecosystem.
• Build and oversee community programs, ambassador programs, and event strategies including hackathons, meetups, and webinars.
• Develop community content and channel strategy for developers and researchers, including tutorials, discussions, and technical explainers.
• Partner closely with Communications, Product, Research, and Go-To-Market teams to develop strategy and content for social, events, and launches.
