Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of net-new consulting service offerings, educational curricula, and enablement programs across the portfolio
• Provide technical guidance and oversight across team projects, serving as the final technical approver for content releases
• Mentor and develop Associate Services Architects, setting standards for quality, intake, and review
• Maintain high standards for lab and content quality, aligning the portfolio roadmap with Tenable product changes and releases
• Engage with customers and deliver select service engagements or classes to ensure content remains grounded in real-world feedback
