- Define, build, and maintain core metrics measuring data quality, throughput, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and cross-functional teams to answer high-impact business questions.
- Build dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics tools to enable informed, fast decisions.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues, and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
