Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for customers including diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and optimization of Standard Bots robots.
- Perform installations, commissioning, and system integration at customer facilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues both on-site and remotely.
- Train customers on robot operation, programming, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Document all service activities in the CRM system and manage spare parts inventory.
