Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for the Payments platform.
• Build and evolve distributed systems processing high-volume payment traffic with fault isolation and observability.
• Drive engineering quality through paved roads, shared frameworks, and coding standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations on technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on mentorship, design reviews, and architectural guidance to accelerate engineer growth.
