Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex datasets and high-impact population health analytics, especially using Tableau and SQL-backed models.
• Lead cross-functional projects and programs that embed population health measures into operations and success measurement.
• Drive cycles of performance improvement through advanced analytics, investigative data analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and present clear, compelling narratives to executives and field teams.
• Inform the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives advancing health equity, quality, and cost outcomes for high-risk populations.
