Oracle MFCS/Retail Merchandising lead

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Oracle MFCS functional solution and design authority for the merchandising workstream
- Lead discovery and fit-gap workshops with client merchandising, planning, buying, inventory, and finance teams
- Configure MFCS foundation data, item, purchasing, pricing, and inventory functions
- Partner with integration leads on RICS / REST API mappings to e-commerce, POS, WMS, and ERP systems
- Drive data migration design, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live cutover planning
