- Develop, test, launch, and scale member banking experience products that build products to make Chime banking the best place to spend, save, and invest.
- Partner widely with product, engineering, research, and design to translate insights to guide product development, using data to understand member interactions with Chime.
- Lead experimentation by providing mentorship, defining success metrics, evaluating impact, and providing strategic direction.
- Drive roadmap, analysis and metric ideation, and strategic discussions with stakeholders.
- Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture by surfacing insights and presenting recommendations to encourage and inspire change.
