- Own the end-to-end delivery of key business initiatives from product discovery, to system design, and all the way to feature launch.
- Architect and evolve core distributed services for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Design and deliver large-scale data-intensive applications with cutting edge techniques in real-time transaction decisioning, stream-processing, and machine learning.
- Evolve org-wide engineering standards for architecture, testing, monitoring practices, and documentation.
- Mentor engineers through code and architecture reviews, raising the technical bar of the team.
