Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Gen’s Content Platform, spanning modern headless CMS and legacy WordPress/custom CMS stack.
• Lead the content architecture strategy including content models, taxonomies, component libraries, and reuse patterns across surfaces and brands.
• Drive consolidation and migration from legacy CMS implementations onto a unified headless CMS, partnering closely with Engineering.
• Build the content authoring and governance experience for non-engineering teams (PMM, lifecycle, brand, SEO) to self-serve safely at scale.
• Define the AI-readiness of the content platform to enable LLM-driven content generation, automated tagging, taxonomy management, and AI-powered personalization.
