Responsibilities
- Own and manage the company's compliance function, including frameworks, policies, controls, and audits.
- Build and foster a GRC culture through security awareness, internal education, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and drive readiness for future certifications such as ISO 27001, EU-US DPF, and FedRAMP.
- Partner directly with customers as the voice of the compliance program, supporting audits and enabling sales.
- Oversee risk management across WorkOS, including identifying and remediating risks and managing third-party risk programs.
