Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-leverage team of Fraud Intelligence Analysts, acting as a player-coach on complex casework and incident response.
- Define the standards and quality bar for rigorous investigations, triage, and reporting across Protect, IDV, and Payments.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science, ML/AI, and Product teams to translate exploratory research and casework findings into model and product improvements.
- Represent the Fraud Intelligence team in roadmap discussions and report emerging threat trends to the Head of Fraud.
- Investigate complex fraud cases, reconstructing attacker intent and behavior in multi-step sequences across devices and accounts.
