Responsibilities
- Define the architectural direction for Fieldguide's agentic systems and intelligence layer.
- Own complex, cross-cutting product areas end-to-end, designing agent orchestration and retrieval systems.
- Lead the evolution of Fieldguide's LLM infrastructure, including models, prompts, guardrails, and feedback loops.
- Partner with Engineering leadership, Product, and Design to shape the AI roadmap and create reusable platforms.
- Stay at the frontier of LLM and agent research, evaluating and adopting relevant advancements.
