• Design and operate LLM-powered systems, ensuring end-to-end reliability from design through structured output delivery.
• Champion AI-native development practices and tools to achieve significant productivity gains across the team.
• Mentor engineers, establish coding standards, review practices, and architectural documentation to raise engineering quality.
