Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the AI-powered document intelligence platform and drive execution across a cross-functional pod.
• Own the architecture and ongoing evolution of the in-house RAG pipeline for intelligent retrieval and generation over private-markets documents.
• Champion and embed AI-native development practices and tools to achieve significant productivity gains and foster rapid iteration.
• Lead the team in designing and implementing document processing pipelines (extraction, classification, chunking, embedding, retrieval).
• Provide backend and AI/ML-focused technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
