Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for the AI-powered document intelligence platform and drive execution across a cross-functional pod.
- Own the architecture and ongoing evolution of the in-house RAG pipeline for intelligent retrieval and generation over private-markets documents.
- Champion and embed AI-native development practices and tools to achieve significant productivity gains and foster rapid iteration.
- Lead the team in designing and implementing document processing pipelines (extraction, classification, chunking, embedding, retrieval).
- Provide backend and AI/ML-focused technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
