Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip's core PeopleSoft integration templates to ensure scalable customer implementations.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration templates with core product architecture.
• Analyze complex customer implementations to identify reusable data mapping patterns and convert bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets.
• Support pre-sales engineering by partnering with account teams to design and vet integration architectures for prospective customers.
• Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices to drive consistency across all implementations.
