Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical voice on strategic pursuits, leading discovery with customer CTOs, CIOs, and Chief Procurement Officers to close architectural gaps.
• Create foundational assets for the EA function, including customer system landscape templates, reference architectures, and integration capability matrices.
• Lead the technical narrative on how Zip integrates with major ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Coupa, translating customer landscapes into credible integration plans.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product inputs, influencing roadmap prioritization with evidence.
• Coach Solution Engineers and Account Executives on technical positioning, objection handling, and executive-level architectural conversations.
